Don’t bin the bread! Stale bread is perfect for croutons. Just cut the bread up to your desired size, lightly toast it under the broiler (you could even add some olive oil and yummy seasoning too, to spice it up a bit) and voila! The perfect addition to your soups and salads.
Or you could turn your old bread into breadcrumbs, for your fish, chicken or other dishes…. just put the bread into a food processor to cut it up into fine pieces, and broil them slowly. Mmmmmm, yummy.
